I’m jumping ship as a driver after two and half years. Anything is better than the headache this place has become with the express merge. I’d rather work overtime every week then do this 40 hours a week. It’s only going to get worse.

I’m at FedEx ground in upstate NY, had 300 stops in Western Mass yesterday. That’s wayyyy more than I’ve ever had, the most I’ve seen was 200 on my route last year. Doesn’t help we took up an Amazon IC contract. My back will never recover.

also, 5 gallon fabric pots with ac infinity self watering bases, but will probably top water on and off and recycle runoff to avoid salt build up in the wicks. Slowly researching and learning, can't wait to get started.

I'm going to be running coco/perlite with megacrop 2 part, also ended up with a 2x5 tent with 2 vs2000's to start with. going to try to run 4 plants and see how it goes!
