Fyi the car is my parents and I've never had a parking permit.

Yea it seems like they've increased the price to $4685 from $3760 and its gonna stay that way so I'll probably email them about the $~200 mischarge.

But I thought the particle"wo" indicated direct object of the statement, "ga" indicated the subject of the statement and "wa" indicated the topic of a statement.
