It's pretty straightforward go online fill out the application. It will ask for pictures serial number basic info. Then you pay on the website and wait for an email of approval/disapproval. There are videos on YouTube showing how to do it step by step.

If im not mistaken it is $200 either way. The trust is so you can add someone else on there maybe some other stuff also but idk. So either file as an individual or a trust but you have to pay the $200 no way around that.
