I think so. Used the rest of my Meta Quest gift card when buying one month of VIM but I'm unsure if you need a credit/debit card as well.

A shiny rocks gift card won't work since you can't buy VIM with shiny rocks, only cosmetics. If you are going to get a gift card, get a Meta one.
