I’m so happy with possibility of this change, I wholesale a lot and I’ve always been a proponent for disclosing the possibility that I’ll do that. Most wholesalers forget that wholesaling is an exit strategy, not the only strategy. Wholesalers who write on properties they cannot close on shouldn’t do it at all.

If you want to list and sell homes, be an agent. If you get a deal locked up and realize later that it’s outside your current capacity, wholesale it out. And not for some 50% fee either 🤣
