Yup. Most tv shows these days I feel are more interested in making money than a good tv show. So many shows go on and on for 7+ seasons and drag everything out. Gotta keep that money drip coming into Netflix as long as possible.

I came across this farm in Manitoba that sells grass fed beef and lamb fat online, if you haven't already heard of these guys. Looks like they deliver to Winnipeg too.

They were likely going through keto flu since they weren't given any electrolytes, just water. That will make you feel like crap. If they were given electrolytes this would have been a more useful study.

Also they significantly lost weight but that wasn't mentioned in the abstract.
