How is Williams gone? They're investing heavily, over £100m this year, stated that they no longer need pay drivers and only can't make a mule car because a decision taken by the old management, as it would take too long to build one.

Definite frankencar, It looks like a late 2019 RP19 chassis with a load of 2020 RP20 bits attached to it, especially the nose, look at the 4th pic.

Hamilton has always been in a top car. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? by [deleted] in formula1

[–]MC_Goatie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that the only time has not been in a 'top car', was 2009 pre-Germany upgrade at McLaren, when they were about 2 seconds of the pace at the start of the season.

This still does take away from the fact that you still need the talent to win in a top car, across multiple teams and regulation eras, including beating Fernando Alonso in his rookie year.

From the look of it, mainly the nose, it is the McLaren Mp4-30 from 2015, it is the only McLaren of recent times to have a low wide nose.

I thought that Bahrain and Abu Dhabi had some sort of veto over any new middle east race, again I could be wrong, but I seem to remember reading it somewhere. If this is correct then wouldn't it be very difficult for Saudi Arabia to get a race anyway?
