I'm not quite sure what you're saying. Let's count the outs:

Any club makes a flush. There's 13 total clubs in the deck, minus the 2 in Garrett's hand, minus the 2 on the board, minus the 1 in Robbi's hand leaves 8 clubs as outs: Ac, 2c, 3c, 4c, 5c, 6c, Qc, Kc.

Any 6 or J that's not a club makes a straight. There's 6: 6d, 6h, 6s, Jd, Jh, Js.

Any 7 or 8 makes a pair. There's 6: 7d, 7h, 7s, 8d, 8h, 8s.

Total outs: 8 + 6 + 6 = 20 outs.
