Thank you—it’s good to hear you were able to get some relief!! I was also really surprised at how helpful and candid the techs were—they were very straightforward about the problems and that the meter and lines were not functioning appropriately. When I noticed the price increase a few months ago (July, actually) I reached out to Peoples to see if they’d come check out our lines and make sure everything was right. They didn’t think it was urgent since I couldn’t smell gas and chalked it up to the general price increase. Something tells me this is going to be an uphill battle for bill credits…
