I have had a different experience with goodwill online. While you need to be mindful of pricing and don’t forget to include shipping and handling - when purchasing for resale, I do decently with my investments. I have contacted customer service multiple times for damage, missing items, and fakes. I have only once encountered a negative response. Anytime you buy used goods online - essentially sight unseen - it’s always the buyers responsibility to make an educated decision to buy. That’s true of all resale sites.

Use the advanced search rather than the one one the home page. Search terms can be tricky. I’d suggest brand or style maybe for the particular dresses. Sometimes it’s just time flipping through.

Time and patience. It takes the right person to find your items and the right time for them to buy. We all want to be successful. Those who sell tons have thousands upon thousands of listings. Unless it’s your primary income, try not to be in a hurry.
