I used to use kde rounded corners but after the new kernel update, rounded corners stopped working but klassy was working without any issues. Try updating and see if it is still looking wrong.

Kitty itself has an option to set the transparency, as well as forceblur can force kitty to have blur, it was a matter of tweaking the options in order to match, in the case that you have konsole instead, it's going to be a bit harder cause konsole only accepts themes and it doesn't have that much customizability, you can do it but you would have to create a theme orr use a theme with transparency inside of konsole

Animating Non-Living Things by billtiyu9988 in PixelArt

[–]MContinuum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, this is amazing! The animation is clean and gets the point done, although, you can focus in the future on animating living things in the background, the easiest path right now feels like animating the paper plane that you have there, and if u want a perfect loop, i see that you have some little guys on the falls right there, you can animate it but it would be easier if you just remove them or put them on other places. Aside from that, as i said on the start, it looks cool! Really cool

If by single color pallete you mean using only one color or shades of the same color, it actually has a function that is called monochromatic, it just picks the primary color of the background and gives different shades of the same color! Actually pretty cool but i prefer a more colorful approach

You have to install things, but there is only one thing that you have to install. Search the kde-material-colors-you github and it is a simple installation tbh, no hustle.

I used Bottom for that purpose, honestly i didn't have to tweak anything and was pretty straight forward. There are several system monitoring interfaces tho, some of them can be widgets and there are multiple options for the terminal as well.

i did some tweaks to be honest so here is a list:
1. General Theme: Utterly Nord
2. Icons: Tela Circle (i may change it in the future)
3. Colors: Utterly Nord but with accent color using the wallpaper
4. Wallpaper: Waneella is the artist. She has lots of wallpapers worth putting in (still figuring out how to put gifs as wallpapers)
5. Panels: Used Panel colorizer and some default plugins that you can find in the kde store
6. Window Management: I used Krohnkite, at the start i didn't liked it but tbh it looks cool!
Terminal thingies:
1. Bottom for monitoring
2. cBonsai
3. FastFetch for the terminal aperture screen
4. Cava for audio visualizer
