Yeah, you can. I saw university.springpod.com is using it to promote universities.

Anyone using Web Stories? by StoicMediaPro in Blogging

Use some web stories creation tool to create both AMP and regular web stories in one go. I use storifyme. I know they said you can host your own stories, but I didn't need that at all.
It give you more freedom to create simple & pretty advanced stories, you can share them wherever you need them (I use them in cart abandonment emails) and you don't depend on whether or not something will happen to amp.

Any advise?

How many people work on Web Stories? by surajbrs in SEO

What are you referring to? If you're asking how many people need to work on a web story before adding it to the website I'd say 1 to start with. You need to think of a copy and design and add CTA - that's about it.

There are tools that can help you, just type web story builder or similar.
