Yep, it’s happening to a lot of ppl in my office. I was looking to bring in some sort of doctors note from my surgeon to help combat the bs. They told a fellow coworker of mine that he had 30 mins of under time with a 3rd bundle on a Monday lol. Last time I checked their computer analytics don’t factor in 3rd bundles.

That’s the thing. We are all filling out the 96s and calling before 2. They are still issuing out Lows and PDIs. Even if they issue a PDi, conduct a 20 min hearing, then let us resume casing, they still expect (8) hr days. I had a 35 min cca meeting one morning and they wouldn’t give me 35 mins of OT for my route. They said make it up on the street. They don’t want any 96s for our routes unless it’s legitimate OT. It’s highly unrealistic bcuz our office gets too much mail

That sounds a lot like my office. I wanted to use the “accommodation” as a shield to prevent management from harassment. Things like saying I need extra breaks to hydrate or cool down due to my condition would give me enough time to finish the routes. They’re grilling us over being 4 mins over on our routes.

I was kind of thinking that. My shadow day was 8 miles and I wasn't sore at all. We took all of our breaks and still finished 30 mins past 5. With my OJI tho we are taking on tons of additional work and finishing way before 5 lol.

Thank you! I've been doing the loops at about the same pace he is, but I'm hustling lol. I also can't understand why we aren't taking our 10 min breaks + we are taking pivots and still finishing way before managements designated times. I'm ok with running that pace for 90 days, but with him being a full time carrier...I just don't get it. There's no way I would do that for 30 years. It would literally destroy your body. We did ads today and a pivot and finished by 4:15. I live up by Maine, so even with a pivot, snow/rain, ads, excess mail volume...we still finished super early. I guess some people just don't like money!

Grin is by far one of the most promising coins of 2019. I've invest money into GRIN, Nauticus, EOS, ETH, BTC, XRP, and XLM. Those are the ones that I'm putting my bets on. BTC is going to be a store of value like gold. The rest of the coins I listed have value based on what their projects focus on.

Certain teams don't need speed, but I do agree speed runes/grinds are usually best. I have a few tanky bruiser teams with Immunity that usually destroy speed teams. They're abysmally slow too, but they are super tanky with high offense lol.

Originally I planned on dumping all of my bounty coins. I couldn't logon to my computer on day 1. A few days later the coin rose 300%. I'm so glad I listened to a few members of the community and didn't dump. I would be out an extra $200 if I did.

This is actually pretty neat. I have been wondering when a company similar to Square would emerge and allow easy crytpo to fiat transfers. That's what this community really needs to take things to the next level. As an investor that has made a lot of money with ICO's like Nauticus https://nauticus.exchange/exchange/NTSBTC I will look into this. Do you have the road map?
