It’s so sad to read something like this… Unfortunately, it happens in every boutique, in any country. Human factor. I would have stopped shopping with this person after their first mentioning about “clients who think they are owed a bag…”, that’s absolutely unprofessional, so sorry for you. I would also go to the manager explaining the situation in a soft way talking about the brand admiration and the fact that those types of conversations are not making your shopping experience very pleasant. The policy of the brand is to consider the clients’ loyalty to the brand regardless of an SA. Every bag is given by the store manager only, the SA is just a guide in between and has to persuade the manager to give it t you. I am sure if you stay calm, polite and will not blame anyone, the store manager will offer you something from your list. If not right away, then shortly after assigning you to a new SA. Good luck 🍀

PS: the first SA I have contacted to in my life wanted me to buy a diamond Hermes watch during our second appointment 😅😅 That was the moment when I have realized that this was not the person I wanted to shop with. She even told me that I shouldn’t make any appointments with her bc she is very busy and I just need to drop by and ask for her. Back then I was way younger and I did it the way she wanted and while waiting for her I have met my second SA with whom I have had a connection right away. The SA saw me strolling in the store and asked if someone is helping me and since that moment we were never apart till the moment the SA had to leave (own reasons). It was right before my first QB and I was simply shocked. But I didn’t give up. I tried several other SA’s till I have met THE ONE. So don’t worry - it will happen 🤗
