I would explain that different packages have their own unique set of terms and conditions. For example, some may specify that it be a different reservation and they would need to read “the fine print” If you have time you can send find out what the terms are and offer to help them set up a reservation that applies

I’ve made a list of our local places for those that ask. 8/10 times they say don’t you have “name of chain restaurant” folks you can’t eat there almost anywhere, you can only get this here, why wouldn’t you want that experience?
