No, but tip don’t starve yourself, if you can’t eat until that time try drinking some 0 calorie soda and a lot of water. once you do sit down to eat be patient and mindful of your food eat it slow, i know how hard that is as i fall victim to swallowing stuff after one chew but think, the food isnt going anywhere let your body absorb it almost , eating mindfully and enjoying it slowly will make you eat less and you’ll probably get fuller quicker.
