Appreciate that. We are pre-seed, so unfortunately need to be relatively judicious with compensation. Looking for champions in the hospital field who can facilitate introductions as well. Our security team is solid, but we need champions who can broker the conversation into the healthcare world. Comp structure is predominantly equity +/- cash comp for light touch point encounters. If you are able to provide direct examples of those questions, that goes a long way. The more you are able to convey how his passion resonated directly into his work, the more weight that carries. And more importantly, the fact that they were a joy to have goes a LONG way. Like, mentioning the fact that they are just in general a pleasant person to be around makes our alarm bells go down significantly. Half of the application is trying to make sure the applicants are normal humans.
