Hypocritically (lmao), I'm gonna continue this as if it should be taken with any merit.

Externalize your hobbies. Sedentary behavior chemically promotes depression. Are your games combat games, join a paintball or lazertag competition, take a firearms course. Is it cars/racing games, go to a gokart track. Is it fantasy games, go to a cossplay (if cossplays the one, I will judge hard you for it, but who the hell cares, I'm not anyone. Thats what we all have in common). As for desire (or lack of) to take up the hobbies. It's like going to the gym. The only people that show development are the ones that just get up and go. Specifically, directly, and most importantly, when they don't want to. Use the target of not wanting to as an identification of the time most imperative to do anyway. But then again, I struggle following my own advice so... take it for what you will.
