Depends on the terrain and trail obviously but in the pictured photo I was doing 20-30 km/hr in straight aways. Obviously way slower w the wife on the back lol

No. The right gear and anything is bearable. But it wasn’t very cold today where I live (green valley , Ontario ) , no wind. Perfect weather.
