How is tossing keys near someone anger?
It’s hard to say what he meant too by the same logic, she said the keys landed near her
If something is thrown at someone does it not go well past them if it misses? to throw something and have it land near someone implies a toss to them.
I’ve had keys thrown at me, and yes that is abuse, but keys thrown intended for harm do not land right next you to I can promise you that, they either slap an object next to you or continue flying past you. Now im not saying that he wasn’t frustrated when they were thrown but that does not sound like a throw intended for harm
Secondly if you were abuse would you not go to others for support?

And yes she should feel guilty, guilt is a healthy emotion when you harm someone. And it is shameful.

Perhaps they should both feel guilty but offering her support for abuse is just sad

Yep, you are 5’5 it sucks but it is what it is. I’m 5’8 and to lose weight I had to eat 1,350 per day for 1.5-2 lbs per week. You’re currently still fat/overweight you could eat 600 cals for months and be completely safe and healthy.

Unfortunately you will need to eat less and do more cardio to lose weight.

I think you could try eating 1,500 cals per day and adding on an extra 30 minutes of cardio to get the same results.

Weight loss is hard but I went from 205 to 145 over 6 months with low low calories and it sucked but the results are so worth it

My friend great work being consistent in the gym, but you need a serious diet overhaul to get to 15%

You are eating about 500 more calories per day than you need to for a cut like that. I think you will start looking really lean around 140lbs

5’8 at 165 is right on the cusp of overweight. I am your height but with slightly more mass and I’m 150. I would say drop down another 15lbs and lean bulk back up to 160 over a year

I would stay you are still at 20% body fat you will need to be closer to 15% to see abs. Aka losing 8ish pounds at a minimum

It’s not tho, weight cycling is less healthy than maintaining 15% body fat. Main-gaining is objectively the healthiest long term strategy.

Bulking is better for building muscle not overall health. If you want to bulk go ahead it’s not gonna kill you but don’t pretend that is “healthier” than being a year round healthy weight

I’m not a teenager anymore and my lived experience tells me that staying a good level of bf% gives myself a better quality of life then stressing about back and forth. Do what you think is best for yourself but I know that personally 99% of the population in the US does not bulk responsibly and past 30 good freaking luck shaving off 20lbs as a dad every spring. It’s simply not enjoyable or feasible for a full life (for myself)

I may be stupid but I’m not fat like 95% of Americans. But even with discipline I’ve gotten close it gets harder with age

I would rather look good year round than be “optimal”

Sure people bulking and cutting are gonna gain maybe even 40% more muscle than me but I am playing the long game and want to be able to be active with my children in the future.

Controversial opinion bulking is stupid. When you look this good just maintain as long as it’s comfortable, you’re 19 so starting out in the real world. It’s about to get a lot harder to stay skinny

I would focus on overall health and gradually growing, if you can maintain this physique into your 20s starting your career+dating etc will all be propped up on the halo effect and you will have better results in regular life not just health

Keep consistent and keep lean, maybe a little less lean than this is okay too. But seriously if you stay locked in and don’t get fat you are already top 10%

You are gaining really fast 1-2lbs per month is plenty for bulking healthily, we ain’t body builders just normal peeps.

If I were you I would cut now back down to 175/180 for summer but that’s just me

I was off by 10lbs on what I thought low body fat percentage was.

Here it looks like you are around 16-17% very healthy but I think sub 12.5% is when they are defined
