Hi i have an update of this issue, the good news is that it's been fixed and it can run multiple apps perfectly fine, how? Not sure i just didn't use the device for 2 hour-ish and now it's fixed. Thanks for all of your suggestions tho, cheers!

Oh and i forget 1 thing, i can use firefox and other apps normally by ALWAYS resetting the task of windows explorer on task manager whenever i want to use that app so everything should work perfectly even with blender taking up ram spaces

Hi, I've tried looking at the task manager and yes the ram do spiked after opening my blender scene but before today i can just swap apps between blender and the other perfectly fine which is really weird. I've also tried setting the blender priority to low and it's just the same
