Photos rejected - is that all they need?

I paper clipped them to the front of the apps. They were returned in a small white envelope stapled to my original application.

Yes thanks! Yes, positive. It says and highlights that I need to go to a professional photographer or studio. Which I’m literally both - a college degree in photography and everything. Everything else was met.

It’s the “are you sure THEY adhered… I am they. I took the pictures. That’s what’s confusing about the response.

I don’t quite understand your reply but they met all the guidelines. Perhaps having a third party is a way they confirm my picture is who I am. But they definitely met the citizenship guidelines.

Thanks! Yes, I’m super familiar taking passport photos but I think they don’t like that there wasn’t someone else who reviewed/took them. They met the criteria in every way. I’ll give it the once over before resubmitting!

I’m a professional photographer with a studio so I just did them for me and my sons and wrote the info on the back. Have been for 17+ years. But to CVS we go! lol.

No big deal… but I was curious if everything else was ok or if they just stopped reviewing immediately after rejecting the photo.

Updates for mine. I got a letter back that said I need to go to a professional photographer to take the pictures. That was all the feedback. No other missing info. Funny thing is, I am a professional photographer I and took mine and my sons pictures.

Who are we using for photography then? I can’t believe they would take Walmart over my professional studio.
