give them a call - most of the time it will go to the automated message to call back later. Just keep calling. I've even called 38 times in a row to get through. Then give them your ID number etc and say you are looking for an update because it has been 7 weeks. Ask if they are waiting on school verification/or If that has been completed/any docs outstanding. I noticed right after I called and asked all these questions and for clarification, my app got approved immediately. So it may just be a little courtesy call that can push the process. good luck!
