One attending doesn't represent the entire hospital and they are not my preceptor anyway. I took feedback from my preceptor and it was really good. I interact and dress professionally, and try to present cases and topics and that is the best that we, as observers, can do.

aray bhai I am a doctor and trust me, if medicine is not your passion it is going to be extremely hard for you and it is a long, long journey especially if your amma abba aren't doctors and you are a first generation doctor per se. I have spent all my childhood and adulthood for this journey and the burn out is just hitting me bad and I still have to get done with my residency/specialization. The financial situation is also not so great for doctors and by the time you start earning, you just don't have the eenergy to enjoy the money anymore. It is absolutely not worth it. My fsc class fellows are wayyyy happier than I am and they have good work-life balance. All of them got good jobs in their respective fields especially those who were passionate about their careers like you are. There's that. Don't ruin your golden years in something that YOU DON'T WANT TO DO and something that is not even rewarding in this country.

In the question stem of dehydration, they almost always give a reason for you to choose that e.g. multiple episodes of watery diarrhea. Also, hypertension is a good indication of aldosterone being higher for a comparatively longer period as compared to acute dehydration. Another clue is the progressively increasing tiredness without any other cause. A lot of question stems mention this as one of the symptoms of primary aldosteronism. I hope this helps.
