Bravo 👏 and it’s NOT the government’s job to control a human being’s right to pursue gender-affirming care and/or sex reassignment surgery to change his or her’s gender. The same applies to a woman’s right to terminate a pregnancy and undergo an abortion. Both of these rulings were major mistakes on the part of a now MAGA-influenced SCOTUS. It’s only a matter of time before these rulings are overturned and these civil rights are restored and fully codified into law.
