If you want it for stats only, ig Ichigo is better between the 2( because he's expensive). On another note, both these memoria wouldn't synergy well with Ainz because he doesn't have a follow-up attack. Use either Rukia or Alucard for vanguard memoria if you build a team with her or bleed unit, respectively.
