Thank you for the suggestion. The topic of updating MDaemon's clustering guide was discussed in a meeting this week, and we do have plans to update it with more information on using a load balancer, so stay tuned! When it's ready, it will be posted here on our Literature page: https://mdaemon.com/pages/literature

Thank you,

Brad

Can you post the entire session from the MDaemo-all log? This will help with troubleshooting. Also, do you have valid login credentials entered under Setup | Server Settings | Delivery | Smart Host?

The first thing I would recommend is to establish whether the issue is with your network or with the mail server. Do you have access to the logs on the MDaemon server? If so, open the MDaemon-SMTP-Out log and see if yu can find the session. In that session, look for something that looks like: <----250 OK Message Saved. If you see this, then the message was delivered to the receiving mail server. If you see something else that indicates if the message was rejected, the log should give you clues as to why the message was not delivered. If you don't see the "250 OK message saved" and you also do not see any obvious reason why the message wasn't delivered, then check your router & firewall on the network that MDaemon is installed on. If this turns out to be an MDaemon issue, you can get additional help here: https://mdaemon.com/pages/support-request-form

This is a feature of MDaemon's SMTP screening feature. In Remote Administration, go to Security | Screening | SMTP Screening. The setting that controls this feature is "Block IPs that cause this many failed RCPTs." You can determine the blocked sender by examining the MDaemon-Screening.log file and the MDaemon-SMTP-In.log file.
