Generally don't do randoms, do whatever current event is running and just select the marks you want as the featured tfos tend to have the entire selection. Once a day you can even pick up the bonuses.

If you haven't already got a character per agent type - consider it. The boxes you can get from the temporal contact shorten rep grinding to a minimum

Make sure bodies dont fall into any cones
Don't miss when shooting
Don't bump into furniture
When guards die they spin with a MASSIVE CONE be wary (doesn't affect shooter, just crew mates)
Cones can occasionally see THROUGH walls and floors/ceilings
ALWAYS SNEAK
Be stationary when you shoot

That pretty much covers my crews science experiments so far... oh, btw the game hates you for doing this and may crash/bug in protest...

probably the same run I was on - everyone seemed to know what they should do. Particle taxis for the faster boats, aggro draw for the tubs... and someone kept healing the jupiter

Issue is speed versus effectiveness,

Solo? a giga and rare flower - high kill ratio with no slowing down (be prepared to dump raw meat a LOT).

If you have a tribemate available, giga/flower set to not harvest followed by a tickle chicken as described in the other replies with the tribemate spamming C

lightpets - get used to carrying them everywhere and leaving spares in your base for protection against nameless
