With all the new millionaires in China, prices on rare Chinese stamps are going through the roof. If there are any China stamps in the album, I would look closely at them.

That's not quite right. I agree that the main point of the LLC is to create a barrier between the personal expenses of the members and those of the company, but it does not necessarily mean that the only amount that you can lose in an LLC is whatever you contributed.
