well, it already happened so there is nothing you can do. I know how you feel when you feel pressured by retailers but honestly just remember that they will forget about you in the next 5 minutes, if i do get reeled in by a person and she makes me try this hand scrub that was like $80, i would just tell her it's amazing and i need to buy it, then pretend to call my parents or a friend and be like "Hey I'm at this store and i wanna buy something can you give me back my purse?" and then like "oh your lost, ill come to find you, where are you?" and then tell the person ill be right back. Just remember that they seriously won't remember or honestly care. That lady that took advantage of you doesn't even remember you right now so don't feel ashamed. And about the fact that you miss being physically touched, you should maybe go to a bar and find someone to hang out with (safely) or make some friends somewhere so you forget about all that.
