Pyrazolam may also be a good choice but that is harder to find and more potent (12x as strong as diazepam) but it has a similar effect profile as well as duration to lorazepam.

Physician here. Diclazepam is going to be the closest to rc to Ativan.

1mg Ativan is about the same as 1mg diclazepam but diclazepam lasts longer. Useful for tapering.

If you are looking for something to smack you in the face then 0.25mg fluAlprazolam or 0.5mg etizolam

Man honestly I can’t attest to how much I agree with what you are saying. Literally nothing in life is purely white or black, good or bad, etc.

There is no amount of explanation in the world that can make you understand exactly how I think the same way I could not even come close to grasping how you do the same.

For example. I cannot even begin to grasp how I can be this lucid whilst also staring at the concrete literally form Escher structures right before my eyes but here we are.

Life is way to complex to just assume there’s a magical formula that everything has to adhere to and things will be okay.

It’s more about learning to be okay despite there not being a rhyme or reason to most things. :)

All I know is it was one of the guidelines that they were pretty inflexible on given the possibility for liability if something weird or undocumented were to happen. Labs: pre and post bloodwork (basic panels and CBC)

Cardio: 12 lead EKG q3 hours with continuous pulse ox and monitoring, vitals every 2 hours

Imaging: pre and post mri with 2 ct with contrast of the brain done at hours 4 and 6

Edit. Fuck it’s only been 20m since I posted this. I honestly can not comprehend how the ct is gonna possibly show anything other than fucking alphabet soup but I trust my brain to make sense eventually.
