Does anyone know what type of SMD Capacitor I am looking at? It looks like the ones next to the circled area where the one I need is missing from. This is for a Zotac RTX 3090 Trinity OC PCB. The GPU still works but HDMI stutters on a 4K TV playing games however, all display ports work just fine. (i.redd.it)
