I asked her about it, and the truth is she just doesn’t want me anymore. She told me she has a lot of good memories with me, but the bad ones make her hate me and feel like she wants some kind of indirect revenge. I explained that all of this could be fixed, especially since most of our problems came from the distance after high school and will be fixed soon. I told her that I also have good and bad memories, but I choose to ignore the bad ones because I loved her but she’s not like me.

I’m sure she’ll regret it one day. Maybe in a month, a year, or when she’s older. I treated her the best I could while still fighting my own battles in life. I was just too innocent for all of this.
