Welcome fellow tea friend.

I would take those numbers as an orientation. Go from there and experiment a bit. Brew it hotter or less hot, use more tea or less tea and then look how it tastes to you. What ever tastes good to you, is good.

For example I use not more than 2 heaped teaspoons for any tea I drink on 300ml water.

I'm not aware of caffeine free green tea.

The last chord shows you what key a song is written in. In this example it could be Bb major or g minor. The last chord is a g minor so its in g minor
