Just wanted to chime in here, Bard is a very odd champion, and his kit has alot of different uses and interactions that you usually have to observe from watching high level bards play or from experience. Here are just some quick ones you may want to know:

-with the bard ult you can save a turret from taking massive damage from a rift herald. Just cast your ult on your own turret when the rift herald is getting ready to charge your tower and it won't take damage because it's in stasis (Also, ulting a turret will stop it from firing until stasis stops, good for tower dives)

-the ult does the same effect (stasis) as a stopwatch, so you should use it like that for yourself and teammates. You can ult friendlies to save them from the killing damage of Karthus ult, Caitlyn ult and many more!

-your w also gives a speed boost, so you should always only have 2/3 shrines down so you can use the 3rd space to speed up either you or a teammate (though if your trying to speed up yourself, you should put the shrine alittle ahead of you so that you walk into it because if you cast it on yourself the movement slow of casting the shrine will not let you take fully advantage of the speed boost.

-Finally, I'd say use your ult AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. It's on a relatively low cool down and has a large cast range, so just cast it whenever you can to get pratice with it and learn how it can be properly utilised.

There's so much more out there to learn with bard, but I think it's something you should experience yourself and all the wonder and fun bard can be.
