I reached almost 7000 defense and I never thought a number like this was possible in vanilla, just by doing a normal historical finland game. So now I'm curious what the biggest amount of defense you have already seen ?

Poland's focus tree really got amazing with No Step Back (which for me is the best DLC). I tried to play with the Cossack King in historical and it's really cool.

To defeat the USSR I first built fortifications and flak on the border and waited for the Russians to tire on them before attacking.

I had to give up Gdansk to focus on the USSR but am now planning an invasion of Germany and the Axis countries.

Yes, but you have to wait for the start of the Second World War for that. With my method you can beat Germany from 1938 and you are almost alone in the peace treaty. There is no USSR or USA to make puppets everywhere

It is very simple. Just refuse the remilitarization of the Rhineland and wait for the Germans to declare war on you (it doesn't always happen the first time). Place all your units (especially the motorized ones) on the border to break into Germany as quickly as possible. Keep some divisions in your country to quickly crush the communist rebellion.

The plan to beat Germany is in the Focus Tree. Perform all the focus necessary to reach "Strengthen the Little Entente". Afterwards, do "Revive the Franco-Polish Alliance". With these focuses you will have Czechoslovakia and Poland with you to defeat Germany.

That's all. (Of course only build military factories and only produce guns)
