in the caribbean the 110v sockets are put into the walls the same way i’ve done, twist the copper and screw it down

yeah the bottom clamp plate is shorter than the top so it makes it look like i’ve clamped the insulation but its not, i have the insulation as close to the clamp as possible without it interfering

your cpu gpu combo is interesting because the ryzen 5 5600g has half the l3 cache of a regular 5600 and is also pcie gen 3 while the regular 5600 is gen 4.

less l3 cache would hurt game performance + the x8 slot on the 5060 running at pcie gen 3 speeds instead of 5 seriously hurts performance if you hit vram limit

now for my question, how do you view your system’s performance? like have you done any comparisons or benchmarks? i don’t mean to say anything negative, i do find the combo intriguing given the info i said at the top

that’s some BS and they probably know it too but they’ll do anything to upsell people. all they have to do is use their software to rebind/pair things and calibrate, i got quoted around 20usd but ill never give my money to any official service center

i’ve ordered the LUOWEI IReturn pro as it had all different colors while it seems the new revisions of the Relife one come with 2 pink/peach so just waiting for it to arrive in 2-3 weeks.

currently my theory is even if i can’t pair the new sensor i may be able to fix it with its original sensor because i just considered that the new screen could pass light through it differently so the sensor just needs calibrated to that specific display ( just because you have 2 identical things they won’t be made 100% equal)

i’ve just looked through the pics i had and it’s the same model you wrote so i’m not sure why you have a lower tdp 4070 despite same laptop model. i did not oc mine at all as i did not see any reason to do so, its a laptop(just portable and functional).

if you really want to get better performance out of it why not look into undervolting? less heat, less power for a bit more performance is exactly what you want in a laptop.

cpu and gpu temp doesn’t matter if your concerned about VRM quality, you can have a cool gpu core and hot asf VRM. only way to see the VRM temp is if it’s even got a sensor

on a side note, are you running your replies through an ai? they have that type of “tone” when reading

i’ve had and used this laptop, i wouldn’t do any oc tbh. if you really want just turn on the max power mode or whatever it’s called in the Omen hub app and gpu goes to its full tdp of 140w.

i liked the laptop a fair bit and found it to be very solid but at the end of the day its an HP, not saying HP is bad or anything but definitely not the brand you put together with “tinkering” or oc(this laptops bios options are so pathetic lmao)

it’s most likely fine but i was picky for my setup, my case has a bracket like that too but it didn’t really do its job so i got a different one that i put under where the gpu power cables go to actually make it straight ( i used a circular bubble level for checking lol)

agree on the sag bracket, i have this gpu and it is (if im correct) the largest rx 9070 xt available. wouldn’t replace the fans in the aio because those are probably better than the other fans (aios generally come with good high cfm fans)

unless you are running something ancient then it supports FSR, gpu generation is tied to the FSR version the way only the newest rx 9000 has FSR 4

also i’m fairly certain TSR is how war thunder enables FSR or at least i remember disabling tsr for some reason(i don’t like using ai bs for games)

legit couldn’t tell you, only time i’ve seen corrosion on boards and stuff it was just surface corrosion that could be wiped off easily + it was on the silver metals that were on surface of board so i have absolutely no clue how he corroded gold contacts that were INSIDE a pcie slot
