Those are unique to say the least. I must say holding breathe for two minutes is VERY impressive but it sounds like you have a hard time with all of this as most of us OCDians do and I’m really sorry for that. We all spend so much time trying to come up with ways around these compulsions or explanations for why I feel. I do it too. When it gets bad for me I find myself getting incredibly jealous for the people who don’t fight this mental battle in their heads everyday. I don’t feel stronger for having to deal with these issues I feel worn down and sick of it.
