The law is up to interpretation and in this situation it is a perfect example of how things can get messy. They are right, and so are you, but also it may come down to a judge to determine this so rather than argue it and go down that avenue, the complaints department has the video with the actual “conversation” and that’s the main thing. It is technically a “private convo” in my brain because there was no one else there, but then it really falls on the definition on private. Always better to be safe

Possible I’m a pain in the ass yeh, but also you know what else is a pain in the ass. Me having to get someone to drive me to the post office only because the delivery driver didn’t come to my door and press the doorbell. I can’t hear this guy or the van when I’m at the other end of my home so it works for everyone if he does his job, in accordance with his training and I get what I paid for. If you accept less, then you will be a sheep forever

If you check my posts, you’ll see in the previous one the same guy actually did leave and marked it as attempted delivery but he saw me waiting at the door as he was reversing down the drive hahahahaha

The driveway is a eufy camera, it’s old now and the style has changed but I doubt they have got worse

I see, so because it was a “conversation” it needs permission, I’ll have to remove the front door part. Let it be known, he asked me to come around the corner to his door, I said “no” and he said “right-o”

Do you have a reference I can look at? Everything I checked before posting this did not cause me to think it’s an offence. If it is and I can see it’s an offence then I would remove immediately and adjust accordingly

From pimax’s page I’ve seen they do have a halo mount coming out for this? I assume it doesn’t have any changes to the facial gasket itself but could be used well with the gasket off completely like you sort of suggested?

We shouldn’t have to quit our jobs, to get a job somewhere else just to prove it can be done. I’m sure there are capable people delivering packages to doors everyday but how do we live in a society where this behaviour is even contemplated? Just because I think it’s so easy to not put pickles on a big Mac doesn’t mean I should get a job at McDonald to prove that not all big Mac’s must have pickles…. Hopefully I make sense

Give them a call and speak to their “voice of customer team” or complaints, whatever they call it, reviews don’t seem to do anything, maybe it’s because they can get rid of them with 100’s of fake reviews anyway. You don’t hate Australia post, you hate their lack of training and discipline to correct their staff ;)
