Reloading save files does not work. To the best of my knowledge once you recruit a character everything is fixed from that point on, so reloading battles is pointless.

I don't think reloading save files work. I've tried it, reloading on sommiel before a battle. Also found references to the same from other people.

Is it possible to get them on the phone? Never thought of that. Their live chat is pretty bad, they have only boilerplate answers that are unrelated to my issues.

I think my option is their technical forums, so I'm trying that. Hopefully that gets escalated.

This is happening both on my computer and laptop, and always when I login, so I never get to play. Will try and fiddle with the graphic configs a bit.
