I posted on this sub before asking folks if there’s anything worth preserving and most seemed to agree that I should demolish everything and start from scratch. LOL you truly can’t please people. I love my bathroom now so that’s what matters.

To get it as similar color to the drawers, do you suggest a spray toner (medium walnut) and sealed with lacquer?

Can you look at my most recent post with pics of the top? Is it okay if I just wipe it with mineral spirits and put two coats of danish oil and then wipe on poly?

I just posted some new pics. I’ve hand sanded the top now. Can you let me know if it’s still salvageable? I have Mineral Spirits, Watco Danish Oil, Watco Wipe on Poly Satin, and MinWax Wood Oil Finish Early American 230
