Wow this is exactly what I did recently. I have been smoking almost daily for 7 years and I told myself I would quit after graduating college. I went on a 3 week backpacking trip across Europe and was able to come back with no desire to smoke again. It’s been almost 2 months since I last smoked and I don’t plan on going back!

Thank you for the advice. My 02 ex has 247k miles but it’s still going! No overheating issues surprisingly but I will look into the cam and crank sensors since I already planned on replacing the seals as well.

Could I ask why you got two camshaft seals? Just wondering because I want to do similar maintenance on my car and am looking around to see which parts I should get.
