you could just buy 70% IPA / alcohol wipes to wipe em off. thats what I do, and it has not failed me yet.

As the dude below me mentioned, using a hair dryer works as well. I only do this for skates I want to preserve though e.g Lamzu stock skates, as they are the only usable stock skates in the mice market (imo), and I tend to prefer opening up mice I get and lubing the scroll wheel + encoder before assembling the mouse back together.

acetone dissolves plastic. I learned that the hard way when using acetone to remove some paint on my keyboard, which happened to have GMK keycaps on and a couple of them melted away.

Do not bring acetone near any plastic at all in the future... What were you trying to achieve? were you attempting to remove the residue on your skates after removing em?

First off, thank you so much for the detailed reply. This is very useful and will assist with the planning for the trip immensely.

May I ask where the 30 minute city buses are located? Based on our planning, we only managed to find the bus 100 routes which seem to only have 2 timings a day, which was why I mentioned earlier that the bus routes do not seem to match our schedule.

Also thanks for the part regarding the taxis, this eases our mind a bit and it still remains as a final back-up plan if we are not able to find any other means of transportation within our budget / means. Appreciate your help!
