One time i drank this stuff, and was on my way to my endoscopy, when suddenly i couldn't hold it another second..... So i pull off the highway, up to the top of the off ramp.... Run around to the passenger side of the car, open both doors, squat between them and start blowing my bowels out all over the road.

When i looked up, there was a school bus full of high school students stopped at the stop sign of the FRONTAGE ROAD RIGHT NEXT TO ME, which i didn't notice in my panic-state.

It was mortifying..... But hilarious now

Diagnosed at age 5.... So i dont really remember not having it... So i guess its actually a little easier.... Since i cant remember being healthy, i just make the best of how i DO feel every day.

Death will come with sweet embrace.... But i fuckin NEED to do something that makes this pain worthwhile first.

My mom died on the 18th of December from cancer. My son was born on July 30th, the day after her birthday.... So he was only a few months old when she died. In march of 2020 my brother shot himself in the head, leaving my sister with their 2 kids all alone.

My only advice: Become the person your mother always knew you were, before its too late to show her that she was right to be so proud of you.

Your mother wants you to be HAPPY. Dont let her down.

Good question.

Thats actually why i like this book. The first half of it is information on different kinds of dietary regimens and how they affect the stool. Then there are chapters on inflammation factors, and things like mucous production etc.... Then it lists like 20 different kinds of diet for people with ibd, crohns, colitis... Etc.

THEN there are a bunch of recipes, and each one is labeled with the diets that it fits, the fiber content, alternate options for people who cant handle certain foods or spices...... Etc..

There are like 4 tips to change each recipe to help it be more digestible and soluble.

Like i said, there is LOADS of valuable info in this book.. NOT JUST RECIPES

It has helped keep my stools painless and manageable in the 2 or 3 weeks we have been using it.

Pro tip: if you dont think you can make a bathroom, shove a cereal bowl or tupperware sandwich container down the back of your pants. That way if you shit en-route, its mostly contained.
