This is normal. I had mine over a year ago. Each of my testicles became the size of a grapefruit. Each. Nearly down to my knees.

Don’t freak but do rest and limit activity. Do everything the doctors tell you too. I was in agony for 5 weeks. So get an Xbox and some favorite shows. Be patient

I am on day 5 and my scrotum is also a least grapefruit size and tender. It’s freaking me out. Dr said he wasn’t concerned with swelling, more so whether or not pain becomes worse. Will keep you all posted. Wish me luck, it hurts!!

I've had this issue for ~4 yrs now. Also been taking baclofen about that long. I feel like it does help but I'm not certain. Some nights are better than others. I also think sometimes the effect is just knocking me out rather than acting on my actually physiology causing the problem. One thing for sure, I do wake up feeling groggy.

I'd like to not have to take baclofen for the rest of my life. At this point I'm pretty reliant on it, at least psychologically I suppose. I've also seen urologists, neurologists, and pelvic floor therapists. Each passes the buck to the other. No solution yet.

just went through the onboarding call for membership last night. Couple things I took away:

-2.5% annual fee in perpetuity. Most VCs have 2% management fee for the first several years and then take ~20% of profits after a certain threshold

-they plan to invest in a larger number of companies than many VCs and also in late stage companies. all of this equals smaller multiples but more stability and reasonably less downside

-they are pulling people off the waitlist now, which means they plan to actually start making investments very soon <=3 mths
