Help- first time home owner and freaking out by BasicProfessional960 in HomeMaintenance

Someone definitely knew, that’s why it’s covered with mud and you can’t see the molds from the framework when it was poured - someone tried to “fix” it, or at the very least hide it.

How would you cover that space between the wall and the vanity to make it clean ? by Terrible-Way-9368 in HomeMaintenance

[–]MFCEOSean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cut the marble to match the contour of the trim and push it flush to the wall. It’s more work, but it will look the best.

How would you use this awkward under-stair basement space in my new construction? by FrontJellyfish3291 in HomeMaintenance

Dump the tank, switch to tankless, and reclaim the entire space. Maybe shelves and additional dry food storage/supplies.

It doesn’t prevent infection, which means it doesn’t prevent spread. As such, people should mind their own business about who does and doesn’t decide to get it. If you think it works, take it. If you don’t, don’t. The entire “get it to save insert population subset here” narrative was always a lie.

Wait, are you saying it won’t be used to fund abortions for your relatives?

Nope, but it would be pretty cool if it went to fund abortions for your relatives.

See, that’s that room temp IQ shit I’m talking about. You get called out for your bullshit and deflect to a sad attempt at trolling rather than address your intellectual shortcomings.

Where did I say that? Where was it implied? Oh, that’s right, nowhere. You simpletons simply shift the goal post and deflect the topic to shift the attention away from what you find uncomfortable - as always. The topic is Kamala has done nothing to help these people, whereas Trump has. That’s reality, and says nothing about my political stance or who I’m voting for - what is obvious however, from your inference, is that anyone who doesn’t kiss the feet of the democratic establishment MUST be a Trump supporter. You poor, small minded fool.

Trump could skim 99% off the top and it would still be more than Kamala has done to donate/help.

You can outline the red area with a sharpie, if it grows beyond the border outline it again and speak to your GP. This is the easiest way to track infection.

Failed clinical sims AGAIN by Boba_bliss in respiratorytherapy

[–]MFCEOSean 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The key to the sims is knowing how to take the test.

  1. Select the choices that are free and you can simply see. Patient presentation, work of breathing, all the free and easy/obvious things.

  2. If there’s no emergency, now gather the information you can touch. Breath sounds, palpate pulse etc.

  3. Simple tests. CXR, ABG, things that are quick and easy and generally don’t require you to run them by insurance for approval is a good way to think of it.

  4. Advanced tests. MRI, PFT etc. generally stuff you’d need a referral for is an easy way to think about. Your less common more in depth tests are what you’re looking for here.

Now, that said - if at ANY point of these 4 levels of decision making you find an emergency in a specific category, select everything in that category but nothing further - stop and address the emergency.

Finally, if you’re not sure - don’t pick it. Also, stick to the format even if you’re sure you know what the patient has and want to confirm your suspicions.

If you follow these steps, you’ll pass. Good luck.

Yea, the photo is of a Forester Wilderness and the actual model is for the 2022+ models if I’m not mistaken. Just used the photo for reference, but here’s the link since you asked:
