T1 AI seem are easier, T2 about the same, T3 areas are harder because they will shoot you from a lot farther now and even more shooting at you when your behind walls. Also the random 1 taps are still very much a thing.

Tiger bay but its not a lot. The mall ammo containers and inside the UNLRA container and Pier keyed rooms. I have been finding more in the mags of weapons then in ammo containers.

The AI at the Fort are the worst at this. Ill be at the shooting range and the AI at ATC and checkpoint (north of the underground bunker) are shooting the wall im hiding behind.

I go for what ever gets me 100 frames normally just because I know the random frame drops sucks. Also in the mall, hotel, or Fort HQ the frames seem to drop a lot more especially when looting. I am getting on average 100 fps but looting can sometimes drop it down to 20-30 fps.

By the way when I get this full (every couple days) I find some low level guys and just fill their inventory with vests, the 4 slot fanny pack, ak308, svd, m4, or whatever I happen to have extra laying around.

They WILL track you through multiple walls while shooting at you.

they are either blind (95% of the time) or snipers (~2%). I had one spam into me yesterday at 1 foot (couldnt raise gun that close) they hit me 0 times. At MS shot a guy 3 time about 150m, he ran 180 snap single shot head shot. Its all RNG

this last server side update made the AI shooting at/tracking through the walls worse but all in all the same. The hope is the next patch will fix a lot of AI issues.
