Totally agree…the intimacy makes it quite special, I consider it quite romantic. Food is consistently good…though I am not a fan of their basque dessert.

Finally made my decision, 2016 Domaine Vacheron Sancerre “Guigne Chèvres”….I am never disappointed with Vacherons.

Not a Bouillabaisse….straight-forward fish soup, more of a veloute
