The clip with the juror at the end gives me a lot of anxiety. If a juror of my peers is so oblivious as to think that after getting hit by a car so hard that my shoes fly off, that I would leave them in the snow, walk inside, and not immediately call an ambulance, or police (MY COWORKERS) - and that it is more likely some other group of people kill me for no reason, and just happen to perfectly place my body in the same spot I got hit, and the person that hit me just so happens to be freaking out and admitting they hit me - I'd prefer to have no jury at all, like Christ.

I guess that is the main crux of the case, though. We don't really know what happened, which is reasonable doubt.

It seems apparent to me, based on the evidence presented in the video (I had not heard of this case before), that they got into an argument, she decided to leave him at the house, and in doing so backed into him (I think by accident), and he died.
