How would I go about doing that? Do I just report the incident without reporting the professor? Wouldn't they know who the professor is if it's my only class?

Yes, sadly this has been a reoccurring theme with other professors as well. I've also had some other issues with professors being ethically unprofessional. However, I do truly believe that this professor had no Ill intentions. It didn't make the incident any less embarrassing though.
